Why this page now shows 845 skills

The earlier version used only the class API file, so it counted signature skills and talent skills for Warrior, Mage, Rogue, and Priest. The in-game skills database is broader: it also includes weapon combos, active weapon skills, passive effects, statuses, monster abilities, affix effects, food and scroll actions, and other scripted mechanics.

This page now reads the full local game-data skills mirror instead of the smaller class-only file. Use the source, group, nature, and search filters together when you want to separate class talents from weapon or status records.

Farever Skills — Complete Class Ability Reference

Farever has 125 class skills split across four classes: Warrior (31 skills), Mage (34 skills), Rogue (30 skills), and Priest (30 skills). Skills are organised into active abilities, passive bonuses, and combo-opener moves. Each skill has a cooldown, a mana or stamina cost, and a primary effect type (damage, utility, buff, heal, or crowd-control).

Warrior Skills Overview

Warrior skills are built around three pillars: stagger (Guard Break, Cleave Swing), survival (Iron Guard, Bastion Stance), and single-target burst (Power Strike, Execute). Guard Break is the most important early skill as it applies a stagger debuff that increases all incoming damage by 25% for 4 seconds. Most Warrior builds revolve around opening with Guard Break and following up with Cleave Swing for AoE clears or Power Strike for single-target boss damage.

Mage Skills Overview

Mage skills are split between Fire (Fireball, Flame Nova, Ignite), Ice (Ice Nova, Frost Bolt, Glacial Field), and utility (Blink, Mana Surge, Phase Shift). Fire skills deal higher peak damage while Ice skills provide slow and control effects. Most Mage builds in Early Access use a Fire-primary loadout for boss encounters and a Fire/Ice hybrid for dungeon farming where mob control matters.

Rogue Skills Overview

Rogue skills emphasise positional burst (Backstab, Shadow Strike), mobility (Shadow Step, Smoke Veil), and debuffs (Expose Weakness, Poison Coat). Backstab deals up to 300% base damage when triggered from behind or after a stealth opener. Shadow Step is both a gap-closer and an escape tool, making it the most versatile mobility skill in the game. Poison Coat stacks are particularly strong in longer boss fights where the damage-over-time accumulates.

Priest Skills Overview

Priest skills cover healing (Renew, Divine Pulse, Restoration Wave), buffing (Sanctuary, Bless, Fortify), and light damage (Radiant Strike, Holy Nova). Renew is the most efficient single-target heal and the core of all Priest builds. Sanctuary provides a 6-second damage reduction shield to any party member and is critical for surviving phase transitions in Goldleaf Sanctum and Cradle of the Sky.
